Description   The New Year is an opportunity to start fresh and invite new possibility into our lives! Set mindful intentions by tapping into the powerful practice of mindfulness.This 90 minute workshop will include a gentle yoga practice designed to prepare your body for meditation (including a scented savasana massage), followed by 2-3 mindfulness meditation techniques, journaling intention-setting and discussion. This workshop is suitable for anyone wishing to explore or deepen their understanding of this beautiful practice. Please bring a pen, a journal and an open mind. Space is limited to 16, so please register early to avoid disappointment.
