Mindfulness meditation is a practice of self-discovery rooted in the simple premise that each of us has the ability to cultivate the body-mind's inherent stability, clarity and resilience in order to develop compassionate insight so that we can take care of ourselves, our relationships and our communities.

Join us weekly for highly accessible meditation instruction and group meditation practice followed by a short discussion. Learn how to find ease and insight on the meditation cushion in the company of your sangha (community).

No meditation experience is necessary. All are welcome.
