In this class we will explore movement with breath as its accompaniment, as we flow from posture to posture. We will get to know our body through challenging it in a gentle, intermediate flowing sequence. Strengthening the principals of our practice will help us deal with different challenges in our daily lives, helping us keep our balance both on and off the mat.
