Alignment, breath, heat, flow and focus. Rooted in the lineage of Krishnamacharya, One Yoga power vinyasa classes are designed to inspire all students (beginner to advanced) to connect to their center. Every pose we explore, from backbends to forward bends, twists and inversions, has a modified or advanced option; a key principle is accesibility and adaptability to each student. The mystic Rumi says, "You have the energy of the sun in you, but you keep knotting it up at the base of your spine." Power yoga unlocks and harnesses this energy.
