A full body and mind conditioning yoga class that is mixed levels - accessible and highly enjoyable to all students who regularly attend our Flow Yoga 1, Flow Yoga 2 and Flow Yoga 2/3 classes. A strong emphasis on alignment in a compassionate and peaceful space. Poses are taught with variations for a level one student and for a level 2 or 2/3 student. Explore arm balances and inversions at a basic level with options to go deeper. Come and flow with everyone! We recommend 6 months of practice in our Flow 1 , Flow 2 or Flow 2/3 classes prior to attending this class. We recommend this class for students who have completed the 889 Beginner Workshop and for students who have participated in our Yoga Clinic class looking to step it up! This class is not best suited to those trying yoga for the first time – check out our Beginner Workshop and our Yoga Clinic class.

Enjoy a full body and mind conditioning yoga class to a playlist of soothing tunes. Yoga will help you to improve stamina and flexibility and will leave you feeling energized and blissful. This class moves at a manageable pace with some long, juicy holds to create a deep release in your body. You will move in synchronicity with your breath, and will be challenged to learn the art of connection and integration with your body. This class is accessible and enjoyable to students with an understanding of the fundamentals of yoga. Our experienced teachers will offer levels for various levels in the class based on yoga experience of the students.
