This is your weekly scheduled time for yourself to Unwind.  We'll open our each practice with 30-40 min of restorative yin & relaxation, before moving to a explore different types of breathwork to create space & balance in the body and guided meditation to focus & ease the mind.   For more information on the different aspects of this class click here.  Pre-registration for in person is required as space is very limited. Sunday morning Embodied Hatha Flow begins with an opportunity to ground and connect to how your body, breath & mind are feeling.  Building through slow movements, tied to breath. Building into strength and balance. Learn to feel your way through your body & practice to build tools to take off them mat into where your yoga helps you most.  Closing with yin like poses to release the body & sink into a meditative savasana.  This will be an all levels practice.  The only suggested props being yoga blocks or 2 medium books to support your practice.
