NUTRITION CONSULTING: At the heart of overall wellness is what we eat, what we digest, what we assimilate, and what we don't eliminate. I believe in everyone's potential to live a fulfilling, thriving life, and that begins with nutrition. Understanding what your UNIQUE body needs is difficult, and that is why I am here to help you with that. I offer 4 and 8 session packages. I work with you individually to create a customized guideline and meal plan to alleviate symptoms of fatigue, hormonal imbalance, digestive issues, autoimmune diseases, chronic stress, mood swings, and more. You can receive nutrition consulting alone or combine with a yoga package for a holistic approach to healing.
