PRIVATE YOGA: Receive individualized attention from the instructor and gentle hands-on adjustments in a class that is set at your pace, your intentions, and your goals. I specialize in gentle and therapeutic styles of yoga to help release tension, chronic pain, or old injuries, and strengthen areas that need attention. If you are a desk worker, yoga can help relieve low back pain, stiff shoulders, wrist soreness, and more. If you are an athlete, yoga is a great complement to your exercise routines to help you lower your risk for injuries and improve your skills. 

NUTRITION CONSULTING: At the heart of overall wellness is what we eat, what we digest, what we assimilate, and what we don't eliminate. I believe in everyone's potential to live a fulfilling, thriving life, and that begins with nutrition. Understanding what your UNIQUE body needs is difficult, and that is why I am here to help you with that. I offer 4 and 8 session packages. I work with you individually to create a customized guideline and meal plan to alleviate symptoms of fatigue, hormonal imbalance, digestive issues, autoimmune diseases, chronic stress, mood swings, and more. You can receive nutrition consulting alone or combine with a yoga package for a holistic approach to healing.
