Flow Yoga is based on linking the breath with movement (vinyasa) from Ashtanga Yoga and classical postures with variations from Hatha Yoga. The emphasis is on fluidity and freedom of motion, to improve strength balance and flexibility. The music enhances the flow and rhythm of the class. Closing sequence for this class will include restorative postures where students will receive the benefits of a very relaxing, gentle and restorative practice. Deep restorative work improves range of motion and joint mobility, reduces pain and the effects of stress. Class concludes with Savasana and a gentle massage.
