JOGA is an athletic yoga practice created for athletes and athletic movements.
The sequences are designed to deliver a balance of strength and flexibility to the muscle groups and tissues that build up the entire foundation of the body.

In addition to a challenging workout, students (whether professional athletes, or yogis looking to advance their practice) will be educated on the mechanics of the body to gain over all awareness of body intelligence, as well as learn to calm the mind in a state of pressure by working with the breath.

Described as a “pre-rehabilitation and rehabilitation yoga system” JOGA is safe for all levels and will support and improve the training program of athletes in any sport.
